It has been a hectic and sad couple of months here. My mother-in-law had a stroke and passed away peacefully in the palliative care here in Nanaimo hospital last month, and although she was 97, it was still very sad. She was a brave, determined, loving, and kind woman, and will be greatly missed.
My daughter and granddaughter were in a car accident two weeks ago - thankfully both were not seriously hurt, but the car is a write off. A lady made an illegal left turn right in front of them, or I should say right
into them! Although they are basically unhurt, they are both suffering from mild whiplash and my daughter is having trouble with her left shoulder, neck, arm, etc. I hope it doesn't keep getting worse. My husband has gone off today with her to see about getting a new car as she needs one to get to work.
I put my back out last weekend and am still moving very slowly and carefully - I was reaching for my coffee - I tell you, that coffee is a killer!
My wrist is still giving me a lot of grief, and I am looking forward to seeing the specialist - just not sure when my appointment will be. Hopefully he can do something, so I can get back to regular torching.
