A new blog!

I belong to a group of lampworkers (glass bead makers) called Vancouver Island Fireflies.  I have been thinking lately of starting up a blog dedicated to our little group - reporting on such things as our meetings, tutorials, profiles of our members, and anything of possible interest to the group.

Just a quick rant!

I am having a lot of trouble posting comments on some blogs lately.  I get caught in a loop.  I write a comment, click on post it, get sent to my sign in, then back to the comments saying I am anonymous (no I'm not!), click on post comment, get sent back to sign in, and so on, and so on, etc.  It is very frustrating to say the least.  I see from comments on other blogs that I am not the only one.

Just so you don't think this post is a complete waste - here is a picture of some custom ordered beads.

New Blog on the Block

My friend Wendy from Beads of Joy has her own blog now.  Wendy makes the most colourful and happy beads I have ever seen - I love them!  Hopefully she will be posting lots of pictures in the future - hint, hint, Wendy.  She lives about 45 minutes from me here on Vancouver Island, and is a member of our glass group called Island Fireflies.
